I think the biggest thing is, how do I put capital to work in this environment when everything feels expensive?	제 생각에 가장 중요한 것은, 모든 것이 비싸게 느껴지는 이런 시국에 어떻게 자산을 굴려야 하는 가 입니다.

🌐 중점을 강조할 때 
- To maintain good relationship with your colleagues, the biggest thing is to communicate with each other. 
직장 동료들과 좋은 관계를 유지하려면, 가장 중요한 것은 서로 소통하는 거예요. 

🌐 핵심을 강조할 때 
- The biggest thing is that this new app is easy to use. 
가장 중요한 것은 이 새로운 어플은 사용하기 쉽다는 점입니다.

🌐 핵심 의미를 도출할 때 
- There is one thing to keep in mind when looking at the result. Customers want something new. 
설문결과에 따르면 우리가 명심해야할 것이 한가지 있어요. 고객들이 새로운 것을 원하고 있다는 거예요. 

🌐 중요하다고 생각하는 것을 밝힐 때 
- There are two things to keep in mind when hiring new staff - work experience and attitude. 
새 직원을 고용할 때 명심해야할 것이 두가지 있습니다. 바로 직무 경험과 태도입니다.

balance	잔고, 잔액
We're seeing balances that are actually closer to 25% to 30%.	실제로 은행 잔고가 25%에서 30%에 육박하는 것을 보실 수도 있습니다.

equity	주식(보통주) stock : 회사 소유권을 나태내는 증권  equiry : 자산에 대한 소유권 또는 지분, 순수가치
US equities returned over 400%.	미국 주식이 400%이상의 수익률을 기록하다
I sold my equity in the company last year.	저는 작년에 그 회사 지분을 매각했어요.
They have seen the equity in their home rise tenfold.	그들은 집의 순수 가치가 10배나 오르는 것을 봐왔어요.

 

🔹 snapback

snapback	갑작스런 반동, 반등, 빠른 회복
So when we see these snapbacks and markets	따라서 이런 빠른 반등과 시장을 볼 때,
I had a nice snapback from last week's sell-off.	지난주의 매도에서 좋은 반등이 있었어요.
It's hard to expect a snapback from current economic conditions.	현재 경제상황으로 빠른 회복을 기대하기 어려워요.

이 제품의 가장 큰 장점은 가볍다는 거예요.	The biggest thing about this product is that it is lightweight.
면접을 볼때 명심해야할 것이 하나 있어요. 호흡을 잘 하는거예요.	There is one thing to keep in mind during interviews - breathing well.
