그냥 잊어요.  [뉘앙스]그냥 없던 일로 하자.

Do you mind? I got here first!	좀 비켜줄래? 내가 여기 먼저 왔거든?
Do you mind? It's 3 in the morning.	(상대방이 음악을 크게 듣는 상황)좀 조용히 해줄래? 새벽3시 잖아.
Do you mind if ~?	정중하게 부탁하거나 허락을 구할 때는 Do you mind if~ 로 표현
Do you mind if I open the window?	창문 열여도 될까요?

take up	공간 혹은 시간을 차지하다.
This desk takes up too much space.	이 책상은 공간을 너무 많이 차지한다.
My side job is starting to take up too much time.	내 부업에 들어가는 시간이 너무 많아지기 시작했어.

naysayer = nay(no) + say + er [네이세열]	비관론자, 부정적인 사람, 항상 안된다고만 하는 사람
